My day-to-day sits at the intersection of technical data and human processes. I use Excel, Power BI, and Python to turn numbers into decisions, and I design workflows that genuinely support the people who rely on them every day — always trying to keep a clear head when operations get hectic.
I specialise in Supply Chain and Operations — the point where strategic planning meets the often unpredictable reality of the shop floor. With a foundation in precision manufacturing for automotive and aerospace, I have built my career in environments where precision is a baseline requirement, not an aspiration.
Over nine years I have grown professionally from continuous improvement and procurement to leading end-to-end supply chain operations. My track record includes managing a €5M automation programme at TE Connectivity — serving Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz, PSA, Renault, and Jaguar Land Rover — with direct reporting to Finance EMEA and stakeholder management across EMEA, Asia, and the US.
In my current role at Lemco Precision, I led a complex ERP migration during a corporate ownership transition and maintained OTIF above 95% during a high-stakes plant transfer — supporting the EN 9100 certification upgrade and a team of four direct reports.
Outside of pure operations, I have developed real digital skills: Python for data processing and analysis, Power BI for reporting, and hands-on IoT/MDM system builds. I use AI tools actively in my daily workflow.
Led the full lifecycle of the Hybrid & Electric Mobility SolutionsCAPEX programme at the Bioggio site. Managed design, multi-supplier RFQ, and implementation of automated high-speed production lines, which led to 5–8× throughput and –30% cost via automation. Dual reporting to Finance EMEA and PM EMEA. Stakeholder interface across EMEA, Asia, and US. All lines reached full capacity before the site closure.
Led the full ERP migration at Lemco Precision during an active ownership transition. Scope: process redesign, master data migration, team training, go-live — in parallel supporting the EN 9100 certification upgrade.
Steered the Bioggio SC through a closure announcement and subsequent acquisition. Rebuilt supply chain processes under the new ownership structure while maintaining uninterrupted delivery for aerospace and automotive customers.
Co-designed and deployed a site-wide KPI framework and performance monitoring dashboard (PIM) at TE Connectivity, combining VSM analysis with structured target-setting across production families.
