About

I specialise in Supply Chain and Operations — the point where strategic planning meets the often unpredictable reality of the shop floor. With a foundation in precision manufacturing for automotive and aerospace, I have built my career in environments where precision is a baseline requirement, not an aspiration.

Over nine years I have grown professionally from continuous improvement and procurement to leading end-to-end supply chain operations. My track record includes managing a €5M automation programme at TE Connectivity — serving Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz, PSA, Renault, and Jaguar Land Rover — with direct reporting to Finance EMEA and stakeholder management across EMEA, Asia, and the US.

In my current role at Lemco Precision, I led a complex ERP migration during a corporate ownership transition and maintained OTIF above 95% during a high-stakes plant transfer — supporting the EN 9100 certification upgrade and a team of four direct reports.

Outside of pure operations, I have developed real digital skills: Python for data processing and analysis, Power BI for reporting, and hands-on IoT/MDM system builds. I use AI tools actively in my daily workflow.
